Nice work Nick. The last shot is amazing. There is a great deal of irony in that plane wearing those markings.
More Hunter progress, this time in the cockpit. As soon as I can find some suitable weights, I can close up the fuselage. The pics are not very good, but my camera was not cooperating.Burning myself on my lamp has also left me in a sour mood. (I'm such an idiot sometimes)
I may try to post better ones later:

Great stuff all!
Great finish and excellent photo's as always, Mr Danger.![]()
Nice detail work on the hunter pit. Looking forward to seeing it all come together.
Thanks for kind words, FF.
Dr Balls-Up seems to have left town...fitted new windscreen made out of clear packaging from a Tamiya 1/48 metal tank hull, General and driver in place, a few touch-ups - lots more to do. Playing around with positioning - trying to get as many figures as possible pointing or looking at the general's dinner while they're tucking into their simple fare. There'll be another vehicle next to the field kitchen plus weaponry, kit and food lying around.

Jagdgeschwader2, I have a book tip for you:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/pro...66308/ref=sib_rdr_dp
I bought it last year, and it is a very, very good source for anyone building Hurries at the scale you do. It's well written too. You will either love me or hate me for it....
