I loaded the game on my computer. It says the Video Card is not compatable - what now?! I am able to open the game, see Jenny talking. When she is done talking there is another voice saying we are ready to set your profile - it is a BLACK screen, cannot do anything? Please offer some help. I would hate to have to return this.
