depending on my mood it can vary up to 5 seconds my time per lap racing

ive noticed that certain feelings give you so much trust contrary to fear you have when your feeling down that allow you to pilot at 60 beats of heart per second

in this mood you can see things happening slowly

theres something with time and piloting

for example the precognition of when your planes gonna stall

theres something about myself that has showed me that with good feelings you think it before it happens while withing the dark side of the force you think it after it happens

for example of every 50 words i hear 1 i think it in advance, usually 2 seconds before

but if im negative, seduced by the dark side i think of the word 2 seconds later

so is the same with piloting when im in a poetic duel turn or a head on i can slow relative time and feel the future

but when i want to shoot my foe i get invaded by a feeling of mostly hate so then things start happening a fast rate and i cant anticipate, frustrating

aslo this slowing of time is not a perception thought if it was still would allow to pilot better

its very real, i scratched tin with my nail with this method and hit badly a guy practising kick boxing

I wouldn't consider myself a jedi, but after reading this post, i'm getting vivid visions of the near future. I actually should warn you raaaid, but i see this thread being moved to the off topic forum. I'm not sure what would make me think this, or if its just a random thought.
I've also been told that talking about future events also keeps them from occurring.

oh if i had omitted the last line it could have passed and be shared more widely

but most people know this is true, in danger situations time slows down

    edit:

theres plenty of info on this:

    http://www.google.es/search?hl...i=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=

i dont think this belongs to ot for being a piloting technique

just for being a fringe technique doesnt it make it unworht it

These aren't the droids you're looking for. He can go about his business.

Raaid, if your laptimes vary 5 seconds because of what kind of mood you are in something is wrong. I dont know what race sim you play, is it GTR or GTR2? 5 seconds on many tracks is the difference betweeen a GT Class car with 600hp and a GT2 car with 400.

If I had a bad day, or good one, alot on my mind or nothing, happy angry, nervous.. as soon as I sit down in front of that sim and focus on the task at hand, all my emotions from the real world in previous minutes, hours, days are shut off and any new emotions are in direct corelation to what is happening in the virtual world, same goes for IL-2.

well i said five secs but if im in a bad mood i cant even keep in the road

so far the best that works for me is when i sing the music i listen, thats the perfect mood to pilot
    edit:
what i explained can be seen in the way indian hunted deer

they knew deers made circles so though faster and more resistance they anticipated them making much less effort till the deer had the feet bleeding

can you imagine caughting a deer running using the force

They're coming to take me away, ha-haaa.
    They're coming to take me away, ho-ho, hee-hee, ha-haaa.
To the funny farm, where life is beautiful all the time and I'll be happy
to see those nice young men in their clean white coats and they're coming
    to take me away, ha-haaa!!!
To the happy home, with trees and flowers and chirping birds and basket
weavers who sit and smile and twiddle their thumbs and toes and they're
coming to take me away, ha-haa!!!
To the funny farm, where life is beautiful all the time...

im two tenths of sec from the best time ever in anderstopp

actually the best pilots were crazy check out marseille who couldnt get a wingman or hartman who suffered two nervous breakdowns

in fact when they start to make crazy machines we the humans should start worrying about them piloting better

    edit:

im trying something new: shooting without hate without peing pieced like shooting a penalty

im checking on this way i can get that feeling of slow motion and visualize perfectly the moment in the future when i hit him

oh and the indian trick to caught a faster deer, omg how i havent thought it before

Well i suppose if you have an off or spin you would lose ~ 5 seconds a lap.

Bad mood/lack of focus/alcohol generally force errors with me, not a lack of speed.

Yeah that makes sense, that definately about inconsistency and not about overall pace.
