Yep I see that. I'm not the kind of guy who really gets in on all this yelling and screaming stuff. I hope that I was just kidding around came through in my previous comments.
I'm not worried about the problems with this sim. I've bought all the releases of IL-2 and if memory serves there was a lot of crying when it 1st came out in 2000. And I'm guessing these guys here weren't with us when RoF came out too. There were even problems with RBII back when it came out. I have complete faith that and problems here will be addresses properly even if it takes longer than we hope.

actually I pre-ordered it 5 years ago, they canclled that 4 years ago.. then I pre-ordered it again last month...
since then thye have moved the dated around 4x.... but the last move was from April 19th to May 20th. (I think...as too many moves starts to be confusing..)

I can understand the opinion that it's broken, but non existent support?! It's had four patches already and hasn't been out four weeks, hell it's had four patches and is not even out in the US yet. Support is rocking, the last patch has made a big difference and the game is running great for me. Dear ubisoft you almost had a happy customer i'm in north america waiting like the rest for my pre-order listening to others having atleast getting it even some playing it all over the rest of the world ....then finding out UBIsoft is the only company that has failed to give ALL there customers cliffs of dover ..there are other websites selling the game download and i still waited then i hear april 19th then back

The topper for me was You now can buy the CD of cliffs of dover from walmart WALMART!!! i mean thats where your mom buys clothes for you so the kids at school beat you up!!.. I hear from other customers support isn't that good I found Canceling was quick so i can't say anything bad ..However i have heard of ubisoft and silent hunter 5 problems and a almost Oh well sort of idea on help with a failed game
Yes bad news travels fast and clings on the back of customers minds years later Advice ..Give fourm admins full help and a rise they are the ones that keep your customers/money happy and might try to fill in the BS you give them to tell us. Do drug testing on tech support workers cause i yet to hear one that answers a phone before 25 rings and tells me the fault is my computer before i tell him the problem last... buy 20,000 copies of Cliffs of dover via fed x and ship a hard copy to each customer that bought pre-order download and tell them i'm sorry Yes it was us that messed up not 1C or stream
