Since I started playing Ruse in the beta , my ranks have been reset 4 times. The first few days after a reset , I get kicked all the time in public games. I understand that people don't want to play with beginners because they will probably lose. But alot of people still don't understand that the level in Ruse doen't say anything about the skill of that player. You can get to level 100 while only playing the campaign...

Not so long ago there were alot of complaints here because there were not enough players online etc. So I think we should welcome them in those games , share the experience, learn them a few tricks and give them tips.

I know that some of you will probably say that I should play ranked games instead of public. But I like to play on 3v3 and 4v4 maps sometimes.

Just a little frustration ...

You can go to steam>userdata>big number>21970>local> and copy profile to save it. That way you dont loose profile and if you do you have it doubled.

Also try go properties of RUSE and use synchronisation with steam servers.

Since something must be wrong.

I agree with your thing though. But it sucks when youre a decent player and enemy cant use recon, you learn that from campaign unless your ******ed, and if you finished campaign you are atleast 25.

Thats why most players just kick less than 25 lvl people.

Its the most bullet proof allthough ot 100% true as you said.

Yeah i dont tend to do it much, but alot of the time everyone moans at me saying 'kick the noob or i will leave!'. Gets pretty annoying especially when the higher level players leave then the 'noob' then leaves right after them... gets on my nerves.

Yep i only got the game about a month ago and i don't even bother to join an online game. Instead i wait for the weekends when a couple of my mates play because this community has no interest in welcoming new players and you get kicked. Ironic when they complain at how small the community is.

Luckily my mates have helped me understand the game rather than kick me out.

A tip for all that kick players because they're afraid that they might let them down:
Check out the steam profile. If it isn't private, you can see how many hours one has played RUSE...

Obviously if someone has played 200 hours of RUSE and is level 10 something went wrong

That, and the various ranked championships have their own leveling independent of the unranked one, I saw a lvl 8 i think take out much higher ranking players in a FFA and almost beat me, I then saw his ranked lvl and it was pretty high so I got how he was so good.

Most lvl 100 players play to much campaign or play with friends all the time
