    Due to horrible performance by my AA gunner , i decided to punish everyone by suffocation.
    At 1819 i got the call we needed to surface because we were out of oxygen.
    At 2206 everyone was dead.

    so even after the call you should still have 3 hours and 47 minutes left. i think i did that math right , ive been drinking so theres no telling.

    You 'scenario' reminds me of surfacing broadside to three battlewagons 'just to see what happens'.

    Wonder where they would have grounded at? I guess it all depends on speed, depth, battery charge, and currents.
