My Leaderboard stats are messed up again. When I check the stats for Canada only, I should be 5th place at 19511. They have "ctandrews" with 19511 listed. It's been like that for the last week or so. If "ctandrews" does indeed have the exact same score as I do, I would expect that I'd be listed either before or after them, but I doubt that's the case since they've had the exact same score for the last week, even with additional workouts.

I think youre refering to me Nano. I still have the same issue. This started on januari 18th when I asked if my country to be changed from US to The Netherlands in my profile because I was not allowed to do this myself.Originally posted by NanoParticle:
I recall another poster somewhere in the forum had a similar issue with the leaderboard. I don't recall which thread. I think they contacted UBi support about it but I don't know if it was ever resolved. I think I remember they are also in a country other than the US.
One player named Gerdien in the Dutch leaderboard scores the same points as me everytime and has the same total.![]()
They can not solve it at support. They have sent the issue to the developers because members of support don't have acces to that particular database.
First support didn't answer my questions but now the told me that it's out of their hands and I have to be patient and they don't know when its solved.![]()
Support gave me two options: Wait for development to change the name in the faulty record in my name or create another account and start with a score of 0 again.![]()
Guess you were lucky. My case seems to be rocket science. Still no luck.Originally posted by spaterson65:
I submitted a support ticket on the web site yesterday. Today, I noticed that my name was fixed on the leaderboard. This evening I received a response that the issue (along with the "TRANSLATION MISSING" issue) was "forwarded to the web team". The "TRANSMISSION MISSING" issue still exists for now.
