Hi guys,
I started with a programme called "Nice & Easy" but it doesn't seem to explain and break down each move? Have I missed the initial basic foundation programme?

When I first started I did the "nice and easy" program. After a few days you will catch on with each movement. After that I did the cardio workouts and just gradually unlocked each level/ program trying to work toward a half hour work out each day.
Right now I am using the G-fit program and love it.
