Once I used to be impressed by real low flying, but since I`ve had rudder pedals i`ve found low flying surprisingly easy. I`ve flown under bridges quite calmly and easily these days.
In combat I often near kiss the ground in attempts to escape enmy aircraft. In one case i chased down a damaged 109 (online) so low, that when it exploded on the ground, my Wingman though I`d gone up with it! I thought i had too. I`m not sure, but I have a suspicion that the blast from the exploding enemy actually buffeted me from striking the earth!

In TB-3 v TB-3 dogfights I'll always try and knock my gear off by clonking the ground with it. I think that I can get some extra speed and less drag that way, but it might be just wishful thinking.
Cheers!

Heres a challege for every one!
You must be flying a carrier aircraft and you must have the landing hook dragging in the water whilst flying under a bridge for 30seconds!

Unfortunately, due to the low FPS with AA & AF off I missed the moment I was trying to capture the first 2 hangars I passed through.
