Hello,
I couldn't find answer on this forum, so I'm writing new post - if somewhere there were post like this - I'm sorry.
Anyways, is it possible to take daily two different personal trainings?
Example: I'm making perfect legs and butt but I also want to take arms something training the same time.
Do I have to finish 11 days of PL&B before I will take another training?
I don't want to lose my 4 days of training to check it so I'm asking.

I tried to do two different daily sessions and it erased my progress on one. I think you can only do one session.
