Chapter 25
I was fed up. We tried and tried and tried again and tried some more. We couldn’t figure out why anyone would take Salacia and who did it. But hey, we didn’t care that much anyways. All we cared about at the moments was the she was back! We had a huge party and celebrated for what seemed like forever. During that time I never would have guessed that I would have some big things to think about the next day……………………..
I saw beautiful trees and animals as I looked around me. It was a gorgeous forest with elegance and beauty. I couldn’t believe my luck! This was a destined place that I had wished for many times ago. It would inspire clothing ideas, give me happiness, and it was a wish come true. I loved the place and everything in it. I saw Toco toucans, spider monkeys, humming birds, butterflies and so much more. It was the best place in the world.
Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep! my alarm clock cried.
“Can it!” I screamed back, mad it awoke me from my wonderful dream. It refused to quiet down and kept on hollering its annoying beeps. Finally I woke up and climbed out of bed, drowsily, heading for the kitchen. I looked at the kitchen, feeling to lazy to make a gourmet meal. I looked at my boxes of cereal, trying to choose something that would fill me hungering stomach, as it growled underneath my pjs. I grabbed some Wheat Chex, got into my fridge, grabbed the milk and sat down. I realized my mistake and grabbed a plastic bowl from the cupboard. I felt more tired than ever before. I looked at the clock in the kitchen and cried, “6 O’ clock?!” I ran to my bed a jumped in, before realizing I forgot to put my unmade breakfast away. I got up lazily, put the things away, and hopped back into bed. The next thing I knew I was late. I ran for my closet throwing on the first things I saw and headed for the door. On the way I check myself in the vanity mirror, brushed my hair, and ran for the door. Right after I unlocked it, it slammed open, knocking me against the wall. I looked around the door, my thoughts swirling and twirling on who could be there. Salz? I thought. Maybe Layla? I peeked around and saw nothing. Nothing but a wind storm anyways. I closed the door and threw myself at my closet. Putting on whatever rain gear I found, I headed for the door. The wind slammed it open. I walked outside, slammed it closed, and heading for Aunella Willow’s house…………

Chapter 26
The wind was pushing against me as I struggled to get to Aunella’s house. It was cold enough to freeze boiling hot, melted ice cream in ten seconds flat! Finally I saw the house and tried to run as fast as lightning could bolt down from the sky. No such luck. When I got on her lovely front porch I knock as hard as I could on the door. Hurry, I thought. Open up! When I saw her warm, happy, caring face I smiled a mile wide. I rushed inside the house, happy to be in such a warm and nice home. The living room seemed dark. So I thought. The next thing I knew I had passed out on the comfy, plush carpet.
When I awoke, I saw Aunella Willow worried and upset face.
“Are you alright?” she asked.
“Yes,” I lied. “I must’ve gotten worn out from walking through the wind.”
She looked at me curiously, her eyes looking directly into mine. I knew she was trying to find out if I was lying. Finally I couldn’t stand it anymore.
“I don’t feel to well,” I blurted, hoping that she wouldn’t be mad. She didn’t look mad. She looked happy that I told her the truth. I felt happy too. Happy that she was helping me get better. She helped me to the couch where I fell fast asleep.
When I awoke I jumped out of bed feeling pumped, energetic, happy, and most importantly cured. I jumped up and ran to Aunella, thanking her for making me feel better. I couldn’t believe I was all better. Finally we could do what we had planned………
