Actually I did.....but not as a major problem, just pointed it out to them.....
I posted a pic on one of my threads (someplace)
with Japanese crew on board. But like I said I can live with it, how often do you zoom in on a US destroyer and what does it really matter to the game afterall.

That's pretty minor considering how rare it is to even see a US warship in game, much less study it. The ports are so overdone I stay out of them, and most us ships i pass are in TC. I never noticed, and i'm the kind of guy who noticed instantly in pacific fighters that the US flags were post war flags (50 stars).

I see they've added a Colorado class BB to the game. Gee, I was kinda hopin to see a few of the Japanese capital ships that are missing from the game. Rats !!!!

Not sure if it is a Beta or not- the readme does not make any mention of it being a Beta, which one would expect if it was. File version of my download is 12.0.0.49985 so when the official download appears it will be interesting to see if this changes.

Papering over the cracks comes to mind. Not very exciting or interesting either, what i have come to expect from ubi, given up on sh4 now anyway, far too buggy and bad quality release, good graphics are not everything.
Still cant believe every thing you hear or read, only what you see, so will wait for the patch, and wait, and wait.. who knows may be fantastic, .... wakes up in the real world, same old rubbish from ubi is what i fear it may be, anyway dont care much for the Pacific no more. Back to the Atlantic again, ubi have made me to expect a disappointing patch, but you never know.
