    I am currently doing the Perfect Legs and Butt program and every session is the exact same workout. Same three exercises, same three sets. Shouldn't there be some variation? I can't imagine that I am going to get the "perfect legs and butt" by only doing 3 exercises. I have tried several workout videos and programs and never have I had to do the exact same workout everyday and they used way more than 3 exercises.

    This is the first program I tried... Are all the programs like this?

    Unfortunately a lot of them are the same and you're right, doing the same 3 exercises alone may not do the trick (and more importantly be boring).
    As I have mentioned in previous posts I think the developers need to enable more skipping back and forth between programs. I am trying to overcome this bland routine by doing a bit of everthing - boxing, sculpting etc. I did the mens weight loss program today - it was good because it's 20 minutes and 18 different excercises with light weights and it kept my heart rate up for the 20 minutes.
    I'm sure that you will get those legs and butt you want "but" (he he) overall toning with the right diet is going to give you a fantastic EVERYTHING!

    I recently picked up all of the fitness titles for Kinect to have some variety and i was curious to see how the others were compared to YSFE.

    This is definately the biggest drawback for YSFE in my opinion. Both Biggest Loser and Active 2 have scheduled workouts that are constantly changing and providing variety in your routines. You can also create and save your own custom routines in Active and Biggest Loser.

    Each one seems to have their own strengths and weaknesses. Neither Active or Biggest Loser have anything close in quality to the Cardio boxing and Yoga that YSFE has.

    If you really want to work the Cardio, Zumba fitness makes these other titles seem like childs play. Very.....intense....
