ok so i havnt updated my ram yet(currently at 512mb only ( getting 2gb tomorrow) but i just thought id try see if the ruse demo worked anyway but came accross this error? is this because of my ram?

Unable to access graphic device,your hardware or direct3D configuration is incompatible with this game.reason game does not support vertex shader <3.0
somthing like that any idea lads?

What kind of graphics card do you have? Since you need a graphics card with vertex shader 3.0 or higher.

ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 Series
Intel(R) Celeron (R) D CPU 3.33GHZ
ram 2.5gb
so basicly do i need a new graphics card? everything else seems fine
and how much would it cost for a new one? i dont want a really high tech one just 1 that would run the game on vertex 3.0

You've got a 2004 card there.
Generally speaking any card that is being sold through normal retail sites should be able to handle it. If you shop around, about £70 would probably get you what you want, but you might not want to go for a card thats too cheap.

damn man 70 pound and im in euros atm so thats alot lol im just lookin for a decent card that will run the game like which is in the 40 euro mark? or 50 ?

Ouch!

Your going to have trouble with a budget like that, but if your lucky you'll find site with a sale on. I personally have a card that cost me around £500, but thats a very hi-tech one.

like i thought it was just my ram but il be able to get the card just wont be able to get the game for about a week or 2 later but if it has to be done it has to be done :/ thx for the help mate

PS3 cannot really be upgraded like a PC
PS3 RUSE will have only 1v1, 1v1v1, 1v1v1v1, 2v2 with a unit cap.
But lets not start a Console vs PC war

PS: Why buy a PS3 console when this guy only needs a card?

why would i buy a ps3 (400 euro) if all i need is a graphics card (80euro)? to play on something that will run this game better?
anyway getting me graphics card today so all good
