My status (total calories/fitness level) has been the same for several days now (maybe 4 or 5) when I power on, even though I've seen the calorie totals update on the website (currently showing about 300 more total calories on dashboard). On various days I've completed the same level (took me a couple days to realize it wasn't changing), retaken the test, changed training program, etc. and the next day the calorie total and the current program/level are changed.
Is this similar to what others have seen? I haven't tried wiping my profile and restarting - not sure I want to bother if that's the only 'fix'.

It does sound like you've been hit by the same bug that has plagued several of us. You might want to give it some more time to make sure and read through this thread http://forums.ubi.com/eve/foru...1026098/m/1161027209, if you haven't already. The bug prevents any activity, not just calorie count, from being saved to the XBox console after an unforeseen point.
The only work around that I know of, and have done, is to copy your current YSFE saved game to a thumb drive to save in case the bug gets fixed, and then delete your YSFE saved game on the Xbox console. That will start your calorie count over at 0 & you will have to unlock some of the content again - but at least you will be able to have a count of your progress in the training sessions and will be able to unlock anything you have not previously unlocked.
Doing the above will not effect any Xbox achievement you have previously earned.

I got hit with the same bug too. Not only are the calories not counting and I am in the middle of unlocking Platinum Cardio Boxing and because of this issue I will not have the Platinum entire class available unless I don't turn off the Xbox ever lol.
This game has so much potential that actually made me exercise 5-6 days a weeks. Too bad ubisoft didn't even bother to run proper QA tests. Thanks for the workaround (back up and create a new save) but you never know when the bug is going to affect the new save as well.

Yes, I agree. I like the game as a whole, but suddenly being stuck and losing all progress is unacceptable. Info is always reported back to website so it can't be too difficult to find the bug. It DOES remember when I change fitness programs but apparently it won't allow progress after that (now finished 3rd day of New Year, was at 11 again today and I assume tomorrow too). I think my calories did update and I'm only 2 less than the website again!

Have you all contacted Ubisoft Support with this issue?

Gypsy 816 : Yes, I've contacted Ubisoft and all I got was the standard response - they know about the problem (known since January...) and IF they have a fix they will put it on the website.
I didn't get a response to my request why it was taking so long for something so fundamental to the game and whether there would be any recompense for the people affected.
I suggest anyone really hacked off with Ubisoft contact Microsoft :
http://support.xbox.com/en-us/pages/email-us.aspx
I've already had a speedy response from them. I doubt they will be very happy to hear one of their manufacturers is losing them customers.

Gypsy 816, this is the same issue that had been much discussed and reported in this thread http://forums.ubi.com/eve/foru...1026098/m/1161027209 and elsewhere on the forum.

I don't want to get too excited, but I think I figured out how to fix the synch bug that everyone is complaining about.
My calorie counter actually went up today, not by a lot, only by 7 calories, but it's something. If it goes up again tomorrow, I'll post here about what I did to fix this. Crossing my fingers that this works.

Well, two days later, and it is not sync'ing again.
The console has my calories at X. The website has my calories at Y. Y is about 400 calories more than X. I thought if I could get X above Y, that the two (console and website) would get back together. So, I did a huge workout session and burned 407 calories. I went to the website, and the calorie counter was Y+7. That's what got me excited. Unfortunately, I went to the console today, and the calories are right back at X. I exercised about 200 calories. Website still shows Y+7.
Didn't want to get too excited, but hopefully, you can see why I thought there was some hope. Oh well, will continue to wait for Ubi to figure it out.
