I am getting warning messages for no reason! | Forums

The same thingy is happening to me!!

I just log on, and I come on the forum as its loading. Well when I checked back, there was a message that said:

'Again! You are not following Imagine Town rules. Change your discussion subject or you may be muted.'

So I freaked out. It had told me once or twice before to remember to be kind to everyone, but never something that threatened that I would be muted!

So I told my friends I was scared, then I teleported to Erin. Well, before it loaded all the way, the message came up again! The same one!

I moved and then got stuck, so I just logged off.

I'm too afraid to go back on...

Sometimes the automatic moderation system will send you a warning for something that may be considered inappropriate if you said it in a different way.

For exmample: If you said "I had fun at school, did you have fun at school? I always have fun at school!" You would probably get an automatic warning because you said school so many times. You didn't do anything wrong. If you said "Where do you go to school?" That would be wrong and against the rules.

We are always working on improving the chat filter but sometimes you may get a warning. If you know for sure you didn't do anything wrong and you get a warning, don't worry! If you get automatically muted you can always call for help and a moderator can unmute you if you didn't do anything wrong!

me too! I had the same warning! It gave me that warning twice! When I didn't even say something mean or like unappropriate!
