here is there information, I plan on contacting them on Monday and I'll update this post on what happens. We have been completely scammed and its important for everyone to contact them and get a resolution. This is not a cheap game and it's not fair what they're doing.

I am not a difficult person by any means, and generally easy to please, but I feel it is necessary to voice an opinion on the Your Shape Wii game with Jenny McCarthy.

I have been active all of my life, and have been a fan of work out videos and dvds for years. This Your Shape game was given to me on Christmas as a gift from my boyfriend, as he knows how much I love to exercise and have fun doing it.

We feel scammed. This product is weak, remedial, inconsistent, and, therefore, overpriced. Somebody somewhere tested this product and got someone to sign off on its production? It's a complete rip-off, and in this economic climate, (and at Christmas, espcially), the idea that someone somewhere had no conscience and decided it would be right to entice the American people to shell out $80 of their hard-earned pay at Christmas for a very poor product makes me sick to my stomach.

After having really tried to give Your Shape a chance, I went online to see if I could find any feedback on the game. Lo, and Behold! Many women are writing in feeling taken, scammed, and ripped-off. This is not going to help Jenny McCarthy's image either. I thought she was alright, as far as public image goes. Now I see her as someone who is not a trustworthy spokesperson.

I don't need a refund, but my boyfriend sure deserves one. Or at least give us a better games as a replacement. This product is not worth its hefty price. Please do not continue to rip off the American public. They work too hard.

PS. I called Ubisoft and also posted feedback on this forum. The Ubisoft associate said to take the game back to the store and I told him that he ought to know that that is not an option, as stores do not accept an opened game. What do we do?
