    Nope, just like everyone else on this "ask the developers" my question has not been answered. Every nine workout days or so, I do have the chance to update my current weight, but the goal for weight loss keeps messing up. I say, keep track yourself and good luck with your goal. This is an awesome workout if you turn down her volume and keep working out.

    I have noticed a few things about Your Shape that is very frustrating to me. The "arms" thing..I have plenty of room and lighting etc.. and when I am following "Jenny" to the T..it tells me that I'm not doing it right. And the target areas. I highlight ABS and never get a good-hardcore-ab workout like I want. I have been working out all of my life, go to the Y and wanted this as an "at home" workout when I have extra time to spare. It's very frustrating with all the Cardio.. I want more focus on the target areas to create "MY Shape".. that's what it's about right? And there are too many breaks. "Breaks Over" sounds like a Valley Girl.

    Why does it tell me I'm doing great when I'm not doing anything, or tell me to keep moving when it's a move that you have to stay still for? Also, if it's suppose to be for you, why can't you select what you want, with amount of time and exercises? I still can't figure out where to put my weight goal in, all I get is what my weight is now. These questions are more for others benefits since after almost 4 weeks of frustration, I've decided to trade it in for a wii fit.

    I see that other users have stumbled upon this, but I've found no answers yet. Forum Manager - Can you please help? I received this game for Christmas and have used it every day this year! One problem I noticed was with the BRIDGE exercise. Jenny gets on her back, knees bent, and pushes her stomach up in the air once. Then she gets down and sits there for the remaining 30-some seconds of the exercise. While this is happening the video game keeps telling me that I'm doing something wrong "keep moving," "follow me", "watch what I'm doing", etc. I've tried everything - copying Jenny (doing nothing), holding the pose and doing many bridges throughout the time period, but everything I do is wrong according to the messages I receive. This seems like a major bug... What should I be doing, and is there a bug w/ the game?

    When I select free weights to add to my routine..there is never a time when the game prompts me to use my weights for the exercise.I have a lot of issue with it telling me I'm not doing the exercise correct, any suggestions?

    I am having a problem trying to use the stability ball in my workout. I highlight it when I select my workout, however it never allows me to use it in the workout. How do I get the system to recognize I want to incorporate the stability ball in my workout?

    I love this product but there is a really frustrating thing about it that I think maybe a bug in my game or the game overall. When I select a body part to focus on it doesn't seem to focus on it. So I select burn arms and obviously its mainly cardio but then the strength exercises are all around legs. Same if I select abs it focuses on legs. Can you help at all? Been exercising for 15 yrs using gym, classes and videos so think I know roughly how it should be foscusing.

    I was thinking the same thing! It says I have burned 700 calories, when my heart monitor says 246. The calculations are way off.

    How do I contact the company regarding the Your Shape game? I have never been so frustrated doing a workout in my life. This is NOT fun or motivating. I have had this game for over a month, and tried everything under the sun, but I still get the same comments and scores even when I know I am doing the exercises right. I did the first test and got an A and have went to a C+. I am not satisfied with this game at all! Either it doesn't work right or has some major problems. I would like a full refund so I can buy something that is more useful.
