Why are there almost no instructions on how to perform the exercises during the workout? The tutorials don’t offer much more information. It’s easy to mimic a lot of the moves without activating the proper muscle groups to get the most out of the work out. So far I’m familiar with a lot of the moves I’ve seen, but there are a couple I’m not sure I’m doing right. At the very least there should be more instruction during workouts on body alignment when doing things like squats, lunges, etc.
I have a question regarding the profile setup. I’m confused about pretty much everything about it. It never asked me to enter my goal weight or how many weeks I had to reach my goal. When I go through my profile it says my preferred type is cardio, but I never selected that and I can’t figure out how to change that. And as far as selecting the parts of the body I want to work on as a long term goal, can I only select one? I’d like to improve pretty much everywhere, but in different ways. I did go through and select each part and how I wanted to improve each, but it doesn’t seem like it worked and only saved my last selection. Can I really only select one goal at a time? I thought this was going to design a program for me based on what I wanted to improve on everywhere not just one zone at a time.
Are there any options for a wireless camera? Our setup is in a home theater with a front projection television, so our Wii is inside a closet in the back of the room. When I purchased this product, none of the pictures or text says that the camera is wired and since all of the Wii peripherals are wireless (or available in wireless) I made this assumption.
Did anyone ever answer you on this? Mine does the same thing like I am trying to GAIN weight not LOSE it like I keep putting in - I need to lose 45 pounds in 8 months and it keeps having the same current weight!

When I update my "weight goal" to a certain number and then hit the arrow button, it always reverts back to the original weight. Is this a bug, what can I do? Will there be automatic software updates to fix the problems listed, or will we have to purchase a new product?
