    I say its a software problem/design flaw if the program is made confusing and not explaining to people that they must pick a program after doing the fitness test. It should realize you already took it wether or not you do anything afterwards. Including shutting off the system.

    I agree, the response I got to my support case was a joke. They basically refused to tell me what I WAS DOING WRONG, BUT TOLD ME I WAS AT FAULT. They refused to tell me anything because they CLAIM it was addressed in there FAQ.

    Jason at UBISOFT support should find a new job. He is condescending person who is too lazy to help a customer that pays his salary.

    OH AND UBISOFT: "UPLAY" is a buggy, clunky, abortion coded by neophytes and because of Jason in support I will not be buying more games from ubisoft.

    Re: Your Shape Fitness Evolved: I have already taken the fitness test 2 times now on 2 different days and on the 3rd day it is still asking me to take the "FITNESS TEST" again! It displays my previous stats and I even created a uplay account and linked it, but for some reason this thing keeps wanting me to take the fitness test again and again. In the forums another person was having the same exact issue. Has anyone else reported this bug and is there a way to get around it? I am unable to get anywhere with personal training because of this. I only have one user account on my machine and my kinect recognizes me with out any issues at all. Please advise!

    Wow. That is an incredibly useless and dare I say insulting response from support.

    It's making me go through the tutorial/fitness test again, too. Going to try the solution posted above. Not a happy first impression.

    Agreed! It's a thoroughly lame & unhelpful excuse for support by ubisoft. They need to listen to customers and do some usability testing. I was exhausted after the fitness test and did not want to start my training until the next day. I assume many of the less active people (the ones buying this game I assume) need a break after doing that test. Or maybe just don't have the time do a training session to get this ******ed game to autosave; idiotic as not having a manual save option is!

    My final message to Jason at UBISOFT SUPPORT who gets the "BIGGEST BAG OF SUCK AWARD" for 2010!

    Jason, you are lame excuse for a support person. You should be fired. You are a condescending ****. I posted your lame excuse of a response into the YOUR SHAPE forums. Many people have this problems caused by your ******ed game not AUTOSAVING when a person takes the fitness test. Thanks for brushing off a customer who pays your salary. Because of your condesceding unhelpful attitude I will never buy a game from UBISOFT. again. You could have just admitted that your ******ed game does not autosave progress after the fitness test (WHICH IS A DESIGN FLAW ~ NOT MY FLAW) unless you proceed to at least one personal training session and complete it. Additionally your usability experts (I doubt your company has any after using this game and navigating the abortion that is UPLAY (coded by neophytes, is absolutely buggy as hell, and layed out like a maze of stupid) might want to take note that customers are TIRED after the fitness test and may want to start their personal training the next day. I hope someone with authority reads my thread in the forums and fires you. You are an epic fail of redonkulous proportions. #USUCK #UPLAY #UGETFIRED #UBISOFTSOFTSUCKS

    It really does not matter what you get on your fitness test. It will always show up as advanced.

    I just stood there and got 0% on both, it still said I was advanced.

    Being the person that started this, we got off on a lot of tangents, but plain and simple...my picture is still pathetic even with natural light and I cannot make it through the test and then also do the first set of whatever. Most people that are out of shape and/or overweight are not going to always make it through. I honestly will be selling this on Amazon...if you want it, let me know.

    Months later and I had the same problem. Did the first training session (fitness test) two nights ago, got rated, finished, and exited the only way I could figure out to. Last night went back and it had the calories burned from the fitness test but made me take it again. WTF?

    Oh yeah - what is the right way to exit out of the game?

    You can hold your left hand out at a 45 degree angle to get back to the main screen and choose "Kinect Hub" to exit the game and go back to the XBox Kinect Hub.
