I have found that if I don't sign in using my Kinect ID before opening the YSFE game that it may not load my workout stats and calories to the website properly. The total calorie count will be uploaded but the details of the workout will not.Originally posted by NanoParticle:

So I burned 444 calories yesterday, but it only registered the last 131 on the website. I read somewhere that the xBox has to be connected to the internet while I'm playing for it to register. Well, isn't it always? Going to try jumping on uPlay before I begin working out today and see if that helps. Just seems to me it should automatically sign in, or send any un-sent workouts to the website when it does sync.
By the way, Cardio Racing kicks my ***. Loving it!
To make certain the game knows you're login & online you can touch the blue circle with your left hand in the welcome screen right after the game identifies you. If you see information about your goal, challenge, and friends you are definitely online. If instead you see a message telling you about signing up for yourshapecenter.com than the game thinks you are not online. If this should happen it's best to exit the game, make sure you are signed in using your Kinect ID and then open the game again and once again touch the blue circle to see if you're seeing your goal etc. information.
Here are some photos to illustrate what I mean:

What is your kinect id? Is that your avatar xbox gold or live id? I dont see xbox refer it to that. Please let us know. May God bless!
We had a similar issue and had to re-run the Kinect set-up. My fiance doesn't have issues anymore, but I often run into times where it is not recognizing any of my movements. We are going to get a mount for the top of our TV and see if that works. We have a flat screen and the Kinect sensor sits in front of it (abut 2' off ground) and we have plenty of room. I will try to let you know if that helps when we get it.

I have a big issue with your shape fitness. It does not track my full body, it tracks from my head to my knees. It does not "see" my feet, it is strange, because Dance Central did not have any issue. Neither adventures.
So I have a lot of trouble selecting a lot of buttons that are displayed in the virtual floor (for example selection of number of players) or gym excercises that need to see my feet.
The kinect is in the base of my TV, and it is in a table of glass (I put some newspapers to see if the reflection was an issue, but it was not). The kinect is in a height of 2 feet, and I have more than 8 feet of play room in front of the kinect.
Does anyone have this issue? Only me? It is strange because I use the kinect fine calibration and all that and everything is perfect, except in your shape fitness.
When I initially got my Kinect I had it set up on my desk for a short while, just in front of the TV. But because it was set back on the desk a bit the sensor could not see all of the floor properly and was seeing a portion of the desk. As a result my legs were not visible just below the knees. I rearranged the room so that I was able to place the TV and sensor on a narrow shelf. The the sensor now sits just in front of the TV and right up to the front edge of the shelf, about 3' from the floor. That solved my problem.
I have already posted this elsewhere but want to be sure it gets to the developers:
I have been using Your Shape for Kinect for a few weeks, and enjoying it. For no reason lately, my figure will disappear during a workout, and it's happening frequently now. It seems to happen more in workouts than fitness games. Nothing has changed, I always turn on the same lights in the room and have tried using the kinect tuner over and over and nothing gets fixed. I'm almost positive this is a your shape bug because when my figure disappears, it brings up the pause menu, where I'm completely visible. Again, in the kinect tuner/tracking I am perfectly visible, no disappearing noticed there. Have tried changing clothes, all sorts of things and this must be a bug in the game. Please release an update to fix this, along with other bugs like the Leg Curl many users report don't register, and the conflicting trainer voice remarks that don't coincide with your score/green dots. I'm trying to use this game and have loved it but the bugs are making it hard to use.

Please report this to the developers...I sure wish they would be a bit more careful in reviewing what they create before making it "live" to the public...
This is in regards to the "G Series FIT Workout with Gunnar Peterson" workout. NOTE: I think this is a really good workout...it's just got some bugs...like some of the other workouts.

At random points during this 30-minute workout, I will hear the trainer say, "You're almost done." Today, for example, I heard her say this about 10 minutes into my workout. I had 20 minutes to go...so, I was nowhere near being done.

During the "Biceps with Balance" part of the workout, if the leg you lift gets too low or you temporarily lose your balance, the trainer says "Get your legs up" or "Legs higher". Notice, the plural here...legs. Um, I'm supposed to be balancing on one one leg, and if I lift both legs, then I fall on my rear.[/list]
Thanks for posting! I added it to the report.Originally posted by hoferchr:
