Anyone have any advice for people with knee injuries? I'm not suppose to do squats or any kind of lunges, but the personal training program seems to focus heavily on those. I did just one session of Zen training and could barely walk the next day.

So far I have not seen any complete session that doesn't have at least some squats or lunges. But the "Toning arms and shoulders" personal training sessions have only 2 lunge routines. It seems to me that you might try the rest of the session and either stand still during the lunges or do something else during those routines. It well adversely effect your percentage and calorie score for the total session but at least you could get some physical benefit without hurting yourself.

There is a shoulder press in the "Toning arms and shoulders" session that requires you to kneel on the floor. I don't know if that would be a problem for you - perhaps kneeling on a pad or pillow would help.

Please note that I am only a fellow exerciser and this is meant only as a helpful suggestion and not professional advice
