Since the game came out, there have been many people complaining of sore arms. While this is part of the experience of the game, I have the feeling it might be even more enjoyable if people were able to freely move their arms the morning after! ^_^
To that aim, I give to you - The Kusagari Clan Warm-Up Stretches! These are the arm stretches we do at my sword-fighting school. If you do these before playing RS2, you should have a much less painful time afterwards.
STRETCHING INSTRUCTIONS: Don't overdo it. Push as far as your body is comfortable with. HOLD stretches in place for about 10 to 15 seconds each. DO NOT bounce or yank your arms. Perform each of the stretches with both arms, even though you don't use your left as much.
With a straight arm and your hand bent up, pull back the fingers with your other hand. You should get a stretch along the bottom of your wrist.
With a straight arm and your hand bent down, pull back the fingers with your other hand. Gently rotate your elbow outwards until you feel a stretch along the top of your wrist and forearm.
Just put your arm across in front of you, and pull it up against your body with your other arm until you get a stretch across the top/front of your shoulder.
Put your hand down the middle of your back, then press down on your elbow with your other hand. This stretches the underside of your upper arm, and the side of your shoulderblade. A trained Kusagari can keep their hat on during this exercise.
This can be a tricky one to get. Put your arm behind your back, with your hand near your opposite hip. Grab the wrist with your other hand and pull across. Make sure to keep your torso straight. You should get a stretch across the outside of your shoulder.
Hopefully these exercises should alleviate muscle strain, and let people stay swingin' for longer! Good luck, and go git them varmints!

No, seriously. These are incredible. I'm printing these out at work and making flyers for the team.

I would do these before I'd start playing tennis haha.
Hahaha. Awesome though. Definately beneficial if you're playing it on Ninja with the wii remote settings on 'athletic'.
