Hi! Sorry for my bad English.

Splinter Cell Double Agent.. I don't know if it's just me but I think the game had better graphics on the Xbox than the PS3 + the PS3 Version had a very bad framerate, I really hope this doesn't happen with the Assassin's Creed. The PS3 Ver of SC double agent also had some few missions that was alittle different from the Xbox, shorter... I really don't want that to happen with the amazing game Assassin's Creed.. and i can't understand why the PS3 was worse than the Xbox...

Well, apparently ubisoft didnt invest that much time to port it well enough to the ps3. Plus, the ps3 is a new console, so developers need more time to get the max out of it. Also, this is a new developed game, there wont be any porting, so i dont think you'll notice much difference . But hey, one way to find out.

Ya, I got SCDA just a couple days ago for the PS3 and the game is just awful compared to the xbox. Apart from the poor framerates, the load time is just unforgiving and I am still unable to join and play a full game online. I think that Assasin's Creed WON'T be downgraded on the PS3 since the game has been in development for several years. Rainbow Six: Vegas and GRAW 2 on the other hand... well... I think I'll wait on the reviews before I decide to get it.

Not only that, but the game was originally announced a PS3 game. Only later did they decide to make X-Box 360 and PC ports.
The PS3 is by hardware a far better machine, but it's always up to the developers how well will the game perform on it. You can't write a PHP page and run it on an ASP server

Firstly, lawl. Secondly, just because it was first announced as a PS3 exclusive doesn't mean it was the only console in development for. Infact, there are some shots of AC being demoed on an Xbox during E3 2005, long before it was revealed that the game was going to go multiplatform. Also, the only ingame footage we've seen was at X06. I hate to say this, but the game may be further in development for the xbox then for the playstation .

Will assassins creed be developed mainly for xbox 360 and ported to the ps3 basically, thus making the ps3 version suffer, or will Ubisoft take the time to do it right on both systems, taking advantage of what each of them has to offer? The Xbox 360 with its slight gpu edge, and the PS3 with its superior cpu. I know the gameplay demo (http://www.gametrailers.com/gamepage.php?id=2581 : under features, X06 Onstage Demonstration)was at an middle stage of development on the 360, but it did it bring some things to my attention that could be done way better on PS3. For example on the gameplay demo the crowd wouldn't appear when you should reasonabley be able to see them, but would instead pop up as you got close to where they were. I belive the PS3 would not have that problem. No one can deny that you can definately have more active NPCs on a PS3 title than a 360 title. I own both, and just comparing Resistance(a first year game for PS3) to Gears of War (a second year game for Xbox 360) is ridiculous. Yes Gears of War is an excellent game,I love it, but you are constantly watching it load its textures. Basically it can't keep up with itself. Resistance, while it didn't support texture streaming, still looked amazing, had superior draw distance, and ran incredibley smoothly. I just think If Ubisoft takes the time to do what they really can do with the PS3, then they can do amazing things, particulary with crowds.
