I'm a female and it's offering me the men's health workouts. Does it just do it for both genders or have I accidentally set myself as a man at some point? Thanks for the help.

It offers Men's Health workouts to everyone.

Look at the gender in your profile on the Your Shape Center website and see if it's correct.

I finally looked at my profile and it shows that my gender is unknown. I have no clue where the information is being pulled from though.

I'm kind of glad about it because I do like getting the men's options as well as the women's and wouldn't like it to start filtering those by gender.

I have begun to think that it pulls this information from your XBox Live profile. But I have no way to verify my theory.
