    Hey there, I just got Your Shape yesterday and got it all set up and everything. So I am still slightly confused and hoping someone can straighten this up for me.

    I decided to do Personal Training with Sculpting. I did the first training session, and clicked "play next session" out of curiosity and finished it. No problem. Logged out and finished for the day.

    From what I thought I understood, you would get a new workout each day. (I heard something about 4 week programs is that the training or the fitness classes?)

    Anyways, I logged on today, and now I am doing the same first session, and the same second session. Will it always be like this? Will I just have to do the same workouts every single day and get as far as I can each day? Or can someone explain how this works?

    There is no 4 week program in YSFE. There are 12 session (days) programs. And the Cardio, Toning & Sculpting programs that last an undetermined amount of time.

    Yes I actually did read that post earlier, but I was still confused.

    "The session in these programs change over time and new exercises are introduced as you gain proficiency in the ones you have been doing."

    So, I WILL be doing the same session until they feel I am ready to move on? Because I am basically working the same exact muscles every day (I mean, sometimes that's not a problem, but sometimes it is)

    So, when I start my session in Personal Training (sculpting) do I keep hitting "next session" after I complete the two routines? This whole thing confuses me to death...

    In my personal experience with the Toning personal training program, the sessions simply advanced at their own pace and I never used the "next session" option. I believe you can do it either way. My understanding, from the posts of others, is that you need to achieve at least an 80% in the routines before the program will advance you to the next level. This takes different amounts of time for different people.

    If you find that not all the sessions are unlocked for you, you can speed things up a bit by retaking the fitness test and getting a higher rating.

    I'm also doing Sculpting at this moment. If I want to continue, I press Next Session (I normally do a few sessions). Finally, I end up with Finish button. Next time I start with Start my training (or something like that) and it offers me the next new session.

    What I hate most is that I don't know in which session I am!!!

    I have only ever retaking the fitness test when I've been between programs so I'm not completely certain of this. But since after retaking the fitness test you are prompted to choose a personal training program, I would say yes it does interrupt your current program.

    I've recently encountered exactly the same problem. I am advanced in Cardio and Toning - unlocked every routine. So I started working through Sculpting. I got to about session 3 on 2.2 and it begins with, "Let's have some fun and start with the pendulum". As others will know from my posts elsewhere I cannot do this exercise due to a long term injury. I tried it the first time I saw it and had to take about four days to rest an injury it caused.     However, as NanoParticle explained, the problem is that you need to score at least 80% to have the session "ticked" (checked) and not be forced to redo it next time you start. As 2/9 exercises in this particular session are the pendulum that is 22% I cannot get. Hence I can never score 80%. For four days now it starts with this damned session then goes on to the new ones, as I've unlocked the ones after this.

    I've been playing this game for quite some time now and burning around 500 calories a day I have become very experienced; currently ranked 35 in the world and 4 in the UK. However, I am totally hacked off with this and I would like a proper response from the developers. Do I just have to get used to being presented with that same horrid exercise every time I do sculpting, or will it eventually give up and let me move on?
