you want your workers to start working at 0600
but the sindicates dont accept the start of the work before 0800
what do you do?
hint:
at 14 mechanic hour actually the sun its at 1200
at 0800 mechanic hour sun shows 0600

It might be a bit different in Spain closer to the equator but where I live going to work at 6:00 am would mean working for two hours before the sun came up in the middle of winter... more northern Canadian cities would probably increase that by another half hour or full hour in some cases.
For some people this would be fine... but I have enough trouble as it is getting up around December 21st and ready for work by 8:30 am. It's dark, cold and overcast most days and my brain and body are telling me that I should sleep as much as possible.
During the summer when the sun comes up closer to 6:00 am... much less of a problem

the rulers of the world make us go to work at 7 am and tell us its 9 am
i dont mind i make myself the sun rise one hour later so i have one more hour to sleep
how i did this prodigy?
i start work at 11 but i rather do it at 12
so i delayed my wrist time machine one hour
and doesnt make confusions cause i know
edit:
for those confused the industrial time is two hours offset from nature in winter and one hour in summer
, all over the globe
why? any explanation better than mine than just to plain cheat us?
