First of all, I would ask if you installed DX 9.0c? Sh5 needs this version of Dx to run correctly. Also be specific and list any error codes or messages you've received.

I have same problem, its on my upper left monitor without sound and not running on my task manager . after intro movie its closed. I tried everything (compatibility with windows 7, run as admin, DPI change, delete temp, update nvidia driver, installed dx12), but this problem persist.

I changed the screen resolution of 1920x1080 to 1600x900. The game is working.
