"It`s a Soviet film , so lies! All LIES!"

    nop, the lufites would say:
look closer and analyse: the leather cussion on the seat is missing, the russian pilot is sitting on the metal of the seat and not on a cussion like it should be!
    ps:5min10 on the movie.

    "All ready been posted"

I'm sure he knows that. He just wanted to make sure he put the "Allied point of view/Spin" on the subject.

    ______________

Obscured? What video were you watching Crop? You must have it confused with the 190 in FB.

Couldn`t help but notice your quote, badatflyski. There`s a very good reason why a Russian pilot would never escourt a 109 back to safety. One is because of Hitler`s total war against the `sub-human`. I think if he`d said the same for the British, we wouldn`t have so kindly escorted Jerry back to base either... and neither would Jerry escourt a Hurri back over the water.

It`s never quite as simple as a little quote might make it.

Funny the Soviets left the German markings on.
    Why is the film propaganda?
It's obvious it was made to help in the defeat
    of Fw-190s.
Best to be truthful to help your pilots defeat
    the enemy.

I thought the bucket seat was for the chute, the pilot sat on his chute didn't he and that's why an empty seat always looks empyty? Maybe not always.

Additionally, not speaking Russian but it seems like a training film. The guy pointing at specific areas of the Fw-190 perhaps highlighting vulnerable areas such as ammo storage and so on. I remember reading something about a a vet 190 pilot who said if he had a Spit on his tail he emptied his ammo reserve and made a run for it, might even have been on this forum!
