I already noticed that the score ingame is not always correct. You don not get allways all calories you score in a session but also on the website it is not clear what is happening.
Look at my stats, the last score is from 15 jan(yesterday)
YOUR STATS
Fitness Level 3/8
Total Calories 1210 Cal.
Last Session Score 85 Cal.
Next Level 4/8
Calories to go 3790 Cal.
Best session this month 15 januari 2011
Total Calories this month 1239 Cal.
Average this month 124 Cal. / session
My score of the 13th and 14th is not shown at the website at all for some reason...but they are counted in the total.
But my stats say that the 15th of januari was my best session so far. But my average is 124 cals. per session!! How on earth can can my best session be lower than my average score?
Also a few days ago I lost my save game and I lost my score on my Xbox. The website show 723 calories at the moment and I had to play another 723 cals. to have the website catch up and start counting the calories of the new sessions in the totals again.
The total of my calories is now 1210 but my monthly total is 1239! Wow, try to beat that!
I guess somebody should have a look at how the scoreboard works...!

It's true there's a lot of strangeness in the online stats. Part of the problem is no clear and consistent definition of the word session. Sometimes it appears to mean the total time you spent exercising the last time you were using YSFE. Sometimes it seems to mean a full day (24 hour period). And at other times it refers to a single training activity, gym game or fitness class.
Back in November the best session used to reflect the highest calorie count day of the month. Now it seems always to show the current day.
