    from Mr_Shade's post i would have thought this was sorted already?? and yet for some reason having just installed the game it still doesnt work. nor do any of the "fixes" help at all!?!?

    what is going on here? its now 4 days past the release and it still doesnt even work? there have been pirated copies out since it was released?! i'm not condoning pirated games, but how is it that they can find ways around the security, but ubisoft themselves cant find solutions to the problem?

    Please please please get this sorted. why does it even need a login?!?! its not supposed to be using ubisoft drm, and i dont care about uplay points, i just want access to the game!

    That sums up my feelings but im also feeling very very and and so frustrated it is a disgrace and an absolute utter utter joke.

    Yeah still doesn't work, I even deleted my .blob file along with others and restarted. I also tried reinstalling.

    This is pretty crappy for someone to spend $50 and not be able to connect let alone play!

    Same here, my account still don't work, when i have to log into the game, but on this side and other my account work, been 4 days now i wrote support for a solution to my problem, and i havn't heard jack from them.

    I found a number to call for the Uk. It takes you through a automated service then says they are putting you through to a customer service rep but no1 picks up. It plays so music then stops, 20 minutes I spend on hold im trying again now for the 5th time.

    ha! pretty crappy! i'd say its downright abysmal. to create a game that doesnt even function at the most basic level is worryingly incompetent. even if its only a small minority, you would hope that Ubisoft would throw as much resource as it can to finding a solution, keep people updated, and have found a proper fix by now. people complain when games already have updates and fixes on the release day, but at least they then retain some functionality!

    I would return the game, but having now installed it and it being associated with my steam account i'm not sure i can. i'm recomending to all my friends not to buy it, wait 6 months till theres a definitive fix (hopefully) and pick it up for half the price. why should i pay full price (why would i buy it at all!) for a game that doesnt work. you might as well give away your money, i'm willing to bet no-one has walked up to a stranger and just given them £30 quid lately! so why do it Ubisoft

    Actually me and my mates once took a homeless guy on a night out. But at least we go some fun out of that. Get this I just spend an hour on the phone and still didnt get through. Halfway through it rang twice then went quiet again. It is an absolute disgrace and Im writing of complaint about their customer support.

    okay but other than random homeless people... fancy giving me £30 anyone? i'd be suprised (and very appreciative!) if you do.

    i would be happy just knowing that they are actually doing something about this and we might have a solution soon, because at the moment as far as i can tell its no longer a priority for them. they've "fixed" their servers and a minority who still have a £30 coffee mat arent of any consequence. and if they're not going to sort it soon i want a refund which is going to be a load of hassle now that i've installed the game.

    I have reported that a few of you guys are still having issues.

    The problem for the majority of people is corrected however, so it's a little tricky to troubleshoot peoples individual PC's on a forum.

    I suggest you try to contact Support again, or failing that - please PM me your incident numbers, please do not post them on the public forum and I will try and chase things up for you.

    If you decide to contact me - please make sure you have your incident number - or the email address you sent the support ticket request with, otherwise I may not be able to help you.

    If your not happy with either of those suggestions, I can only apologise and say that Support should be able to handle any refund that you may want.
