Does "SH3 Commander" change these files? As I have changed it to what you suggested, but it keeps reverting back to the original.

That is weird! Mine doesn't... I don't think so, I don't seem to get negative renown for neutrals.

Anyone knows what the problem might be?

...and stupid question, but in notepad did you click File-Save?
