I believe it for the wii or pc. Did you mean a dvd you can use in a dvd player or a computer where it is cd rom or dvd rom?

Maybe you can tell me how to get the 450 moves this game claims to have. I have used this product for over a week and the same 6 moves play over and over again. After 35 minutes of grapevines, heel jacks, side to side, turns, kicks and double side to side I was ****ed and turned it off. I set to use weights with the worksout and not one move used weight. yesterday I set to use a ball and not one move used the ball. What is wrong with this product? I was so excited about this to come out and now hate it. I can't believe that someone created this game to be so repetative. How can I get more exercises to play? How do you get the game to use the equipemnt you select to use? Also what about the extra challenge codes? This game needs a lot more instruction on the box and inside with the video. I wish I could take it back and get my money back.

I am having the same problems as other users.
No instructions came with the game. How/where do you get the codes for the extra challenges.
Why has it not incorporated my free weights and stability ball into the workouts? I added these pieces of equipment to the profile and work out routines.

Every workout I do tends to incorporate the step, and sometimes the weights. I think it depends on two things:
1) The body part and focus - Arms and strength should use the weights more often, than stomach and cardio
2) Past Performance - Additional exercises seem to get added based on performance. I definitely use the step and weights more now than when I first started using it.

so for those of you who are using weights etc does it tell you to use them once you tick you have them?

Yes, the game will say to get them and will show an icon at the bottom of the screen. And it will tell you when to put them down
