Well, another year has passed us by and we are at that time of the year when it is time to pick the best Screenshot Of The Year for both the Unedited and the Edited for 2009. Voting will commence on January 11th (next Monday) and run for the next two weeks and end on January 25th. I have all screenshot winners for both Unedited and Edited listed the the thread called;

Holly crap peep's, I had forgotten about all the great SS's for this past year, it is going to be very hard to pick a winner, when they are all so great.My hat is off to all that took the time to contribute for this past year

Unedited:
3 points to Ash1976's Gray Harbor. I love this shot. The dreariness and ominous feeling is incredible, nicely complimented by the uneasy sea.

1 point to Fighting Fuso by MWolfe1963. I like the blackened out silouette with just enough detail to see only the flag.

Edited:
3 points to Darkness Over Santa Cruz. The texture and coloring of this one gives it a sense of aging and makes it my favorite.

1 point to Silouette of War by ABThing. This is a nice composition of images, with the texture of the clouds and seas remaining through the overlay of the flags.

Excellent jobs, and a tough choice among those entries. Good luck to you all.

Unreal Environment-----------3pts..My favorite of the year all around. The lightning and the water spout give such a haunting feeling. Everything is perfectly blended like an oil painting, no doubt, this one took a lot of time.
