    Has anybody else noticed
or is it somewhere in the manual

that GWX seems to be awarding around 10% extra tonnage per ship.

I mean, specifically, when you identify a target through your scope and look at its tonnage you get one figure, but once that same target is sunk you get more tonnage awarded.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Haven't noticed that but we look. Just a guess though, could it be from actuall cargo on-board? Seen aMOD once were you could actualy see fright on the deck Tanks, olanes, oil drums etc....You would happen to know were this is?

yea, I noticed that too! I think it might be suggesting that it was carrying ome cargo.

found a 9000 some odd ton ship, in log it equaled out to 10000 some odd tons.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

I noticed that too - Especially the large tankers, very rewarding at 16K per ship <div class="ev_tpc_signature">

It may be a tonnage randomizer. There is no logical reason to assume that the cargo has any influence. A ships tonnage is irrespective of cargo; it is a measure of capacity, not actual weight of the ship. A ship of 10,000 tons empty is actually less than 10,000 tons; if you sink it you will still be awarded the 10K, plus or minus any randomization.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">
