i've been doing both your shape and ea active 2....

i was just thinking how cool it would be if your shape could support active 2's heart rate monitor. i like to keep track of my heart rate as i work out for medical reasons....if your shape included support for active 2's heart rate monitor it would be awesome.

I am using a MIO ecg heart rate monitor that does not require the chest strap. It does not sync with the 360, of course. But, like you, I want to keep track of my thresholds since I am starting out after a long absence from fitness.

Mine was about 60 u.s. dollars and does not calculate calorie burn.

i just find seeing my heart rate while working out very motivating...

i think it'd be to your shape's advantage to make a patch/add on for those who happen to have the active 2 heart rate monitor...shouldn't really be that hard to do

If YSFE was an EA game I could definitely see the possibility of adding the EA heart monitor since the technical issues are likely not insurmountable. However since YSFE is a Ubisoft game I'm reasonably certain there are copyright, trademark and/or patent issues that get in the way.
