I have an Ubisoft+ subscription and when I go to the Ubisoft+ tab in ubisoft connect it says "something went wrong"
My games tab works but when I try to play AC Valhalla it starts loading but then I get the message "Unable to start the game" and " This product cannot be activated right now, please try again later"
What's going on? I can't play a game that is installed on my own machine? especially when I pay for this subscription?
I have not been able to log in to UPlay+ today. I am getting an error saying I am not connected to the internet but clearly I am (posting from same computer right now). When i try to open Ubisoft+ through the app it just leads to an error screen, other stores on the app work fine. I turned off the app and back on in case it needed to update but that didnt do anything either.
Any thoughts?
