[PC] How can I play this game offline?

I have browsed the connection issue posts and have not found a decent solution for the forced multiplayer mode in this game. I did however see that some people were fortunate enough to be able to get an offline mode for the game, how do I do this?

I don't want to play this game online, as I don't really care much about bragging rights, I just want to ski and use a wingsuit in a beautiful digital world.

There should be an option on the title screen to choose whether or not to play online. When I got this game I had assumed it was a single player game.

I have not attempted to add 20 lines to my firewall to make it work, nor do I intend to, as I have no interest in a multiplayer version of any Ubisoft game aside from The Division.

    Hey DarkIlluminatus,

Thank you for taking your time out to reach out and leave feedback.

Steep is an always online game and so does not include an option to play offline.

You advised you are aware of some port forwarding steps that have helped others and you are completely correct as I would certainly recommend those troubleshooting steps just as mentioned in your other thread.

The feedback you shared is great as it really helps us in understanding what players would like to see for future games.

    Many thanks
