    Oculus Quest 2 connection problem.

I can't start the game on my Oculus Quest 2.

I get as far as "Connecting," then a long pause, and then error reading (approximately):

"Star Trek Bridge Crew services are unavailable at this time. Try again later. Error code 12."

It has worked for me in the past, although I've played only sporadically, and never gotten out of the tutorials. I know the game has been delisted, but I did buy nad pay for it, so I would like to be able to continue using it -- even in single-player mode.

I've heard from others that they ARE successfully still playing, so is there anything I can do to get this going again?

    Many, many thanks.

    Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out, I'm sorry to see you're unable to connect at the moment!

Could you first please make sure you give all the steps in our connectivity troubleshooting guide a try and let us know how you get on and if there's any changes?

    Thank you!
