I just through the Ubisoft connect app to apply Ubisoft+, when i settled the payment by credit card, i received SMS and email from bank center, it said the transaction from Xsolla *Ubi* HKD$4.08, than i login my Ubisoft connect app again, it have not apply a Ubisoft+ service to me, please help me what the problem.![]()
