    Ubisoft's Customer Support Page Doesn't Work

    This website is broken, I've tried it on Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge, all while logged in to my account.

    This is infuriating that I can't even contact this company.

    I paid $9.99, TWICE, for trackmania's club access and never received access to it.

    I'd like a refund for the full amount or half and access to the club features.

    This happens WAY too much from what I can tell online, there's got to be a solution, I don't care if I don't get access at this point, I just don't want to pay $20 for nothing.

    Hey, I can't offer much help but you may get a quicker response over on the Trackmania support forum.

    Also, if the support website isn't working (it's coming up for me, is the problem after submitting a case?), you can also reach them via Twitter.
