    Just Paid For Ubisoft+ and the tab in Ubisoft Connect is completely Blank

    Pretty annoyed that I pay $20.99 CAD to get access to a subscription service, just to not have access. Then as well proceed to look on the forums and this has at least been a past issue, and leading me to believe this is still a persisting issue. How can this not have been fixed in over a year, absolutely ridiculous.

    I'm sorry to hear you have had an issue with starting your subscription. We would need to handle any Ubisoft+ subscription issues on a private channel as we would be discussing your account. I see you have already reached out through a ticket and a live chat, so you have 2 existing tickets for it. Please update one of them if you are still having an issue with it.
