    crash

    I last played the game in June. I updated the game to play today. But when I try to continue the game, the game crashes 5 seconds after I move in the area I started.. i need help for this situation.. As soon as I enter the game, I start in the hall of gods area. everytime i turn my head towards taratos i get an error..

    As we are still in the holiday season there are currently very few - if any - Ubisoft Support Staff who can assist you, but I will move your thread to the correct forum so one of them will see it when they return.

    I'm sorry to hear that your game is crashing.

    Can you try these PC troubleshooting steps as these have been known to help resolve issues such as crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

    Please confirm if these steps help to resolve the issue.

    I tried, unfortunately it didn't work. I've played this game before. When I installed the last update, I started to not be able to enter the game anymore.I am using up to date operating system and graphics card.. I will send you dxdiag and msinfo32 files, but if i think from here i can't send the files i want to send. If this situation continues, I will have to delete my saved game file. And I'm thinking of restarting the game. Of course, I dont know if I will encounter the error again...

    Thank you for your update and for taking the time to follow those troubleshooting steps.

    As those steps didn't help it would be great to take a look at your DxDiag and MsInfo files as you mentioned.

    These can be shared with us by opening a new case, we will then be able to follow up in that case.
