    Shades of Darkness DLC has never worked.

    Like it says in the title. I've been trying to get this issue solved, on and off, for 2 or 3 years at this point. I bought the game twice, neither time was I able to access the last DLC. I have had endless conversations with staff about it and was told people are working on it. I want to play a game, that's all.

    Or I'm just dumb, and misunderstood the weird design of this forum. Why is there the Heroes VII logo even in the Heroes VI section?

    I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues accessing the Shades of Darkness content.

    Can you confirm if you purchased the Shades of Darkness content on the same client as the base game? (Ubisoft Connect or Steam) as the content will only work if it has been purchased on the same client as the base game.

    If it has then we can only investigate this issue further if you contact support via one of the following support channels:

    Haah. Thanks for responding.

    Yeah, I've never tried buying it outside of Uplay/Uconnect - first time was buying the full version with all DLC from a gamestore, second time was through Uplay. Shades of Darkness remains inaccessable.

    I see, then it doesn't appear to be a compatibility issue then. In this case you would need to create a support case so that we can investigate this further.
