    Unable to Subscribe to Ubisoft +

    Been trying all day, thought the error they have been trying to fix was related to the problem. However everytime a put in my card info and go select "Agree and subscribe" it just boots me to a screen that says "Your Cart Is Empty" tried everything to fix it on my end, and have spoken to multiple people on twitter encountering the exact same issue.

    i have been having the same issues it seems like it may be long wait fir any reply as more problematic issues have yet to be resolved or any response given

    The payment methods we accept for Ubisoft+, depending on your region but can include >

    Visa®,
    MasterCard®
    American Express®
    debit cards and ATM cards if they are issued by one of these major card companies.
    PayPal,
    PaySafe card, (If the PaySafe card payment option is available, it will be displayed on the Checkout page)
    Xsolla.
    Qiwi
    Yandex money

    To help try to resolve this, I would advise some browser troubleshooting and flushing your DNS, because of the loop you are stuck in, after adding your payment details >

    Been having the same issue, been trying to re-subscribe to ubisoft+, but my paypal address on file as the domain the email is for no longer exists. I put my visa and when I clicked submit it keeps saying my cart is empty even though I'm trying to resubscribe it thinks I'm trying to purchase physical goods instead

    If your email is outdated and the domain name no longer exists, please update this on PayPal.

    If this is the same email you use for your Ubisoft account, this may be a reason you are prevented from making purchases.
