    I lost my condition of founders, I have contacted three times with support to no avai

    Like I say, I contracted Ubisoft+ back in September to have access to founder status, so I can play Ubisoft+ on Stadia, it was working fine until a few days ago, I have contacted support on the chat three times, they say they have communicated the issue, and they can't do anything else. Meanwhile, my subscription is paid but I can't play on Stadia.

    Can anyone help me, please?
