Sorry to hear that you have been having trouble cancelling your Ubi+ subscription using account management.
We have a dedicated support article on how to cancel your subscription which can be found here. In short the steps are:
• Open the My Subscription page on the Ubisoft Store.
• Select Cancel Membership.
• Choose Yes to confirm your cancellation.
