Connect thinks game is installed, game files aren't on my machine anymore.
Connect thinks game is installed, game files aren't on my machine anymore so im unable to install or uninstall the game from ubisoft connect. I cannot think of a way around this issue short of buying a new copy. All help appreciated :)

Hey GlitteryChicky, thanks for reaching out about this. I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to launch Steep, and that the files seem missing from your system - that's most unusual.
You mentioned Ubisoft Connect thinks the game is installed - what does it say that has lead to this? Usually when a game is installed, there is a 'play' button. If there is, what happens when you click it? It may be useful to take a screenshot or two to illustrate what you are seeing in Ubisoft Connect - here's our screenshots guide to help with that.
Can you also try verifying the game files for me, if UC is giving you the option to do so?
Once we've got a bit more information about what you are seeing in Ubisoft Connect, we should be better able to advise. We'll keep an eye out for your response
