    Immortals Fenyx Rising Store error

When trying to look at the Character Packs and Weapon Packs tabs, it won't load and instead gives me an error saying:

"Sorry, no products are available for your account for Playstation Network. Visit http://support.ubisoft.com for more information."

What does this even mean? Is this an error affecting everyone right now? I quit Immortals and started up Far Cry 6 to see if the same thing was happening there, but Far Cry 6's store is working perfectly fine.

I’m seeing the same message too, on my PS4 Pro.

    Hey FireIce38 & MesterJeger!

I'm sorry to hear you're both receiving this error message with the in-game store. Would you please both try out this troubleshooting guide to see if it helps resolve the error message you both are experiencing?

    Thank you so much!

    Hi there,

I'm having the exact same issue but on Xbox Series X.

It is not a networking problem at all, because the store is accessible and you can purchase the Immortal Credit Packs. The issue is when we select "Character Packs" or "Weapon Packs", we get an error saying "Sorry, no products are currently available."

I do hope this gets resolved because I was looking forward to purchasing some packs because of the 50% off sale.

For reference, the AC: Valhalla store and the Ubisoft Connect app works just fine. The issue is when trying to select Character and Weapon pack tabs in the Immortals store.

I tried all the fixes suggested. None of them worked.
