    Rayman Crash on PC

    Hi All,

    Been looking all over the internet but can't find a solution.

    Purchased Rayman Legends through the Epic Game store a few days ago but it doesn't work.

    As soon as I launch the game, I get a glitching green screen with some sound of the game and animation, and then it just crashes.

    Display drivers are up to date as well as Windows and all my other games are working fine.

    I noticed that when Rayman starts up, it wants to switch my screen into 24Hz mode? Not sure if that helps.

    Does anyone know of a resolution to this, please? Thanks in advance

    Sorry to hear you're seeing this issue with Rayman at the moment.

    Could you please take a look at our PC troubleshooting guide here. You may have tried some of the listed steps already, but if there are any here you have not yet tired could you please complete them and let us know the results?

    Hi,

    I did all the needed troubleshooting even before posting this. Now I am at this point....

    I reinstalled Windows 10 and what do you know? Rayman works fine.

    So I updated my display drivers, did a clean install of Windows 10 and it works, however....

    I made SURE to not install any third-party apps, so I had a clean shell to work with but as soon as Windows start doing updates, Rayman stops working.

    I even uninstalled all the updates, installed System Mechanic to remove any temp files, and even clean up my registry, bla bla bla and still no luck.

    As soon as the game starts( the initial black loading screen with the little flying stuff on it) the game just freezes and closes on me.

    What now?
